CapCutGPT is a browser-based AI video editing tool. All video processing happens locally on your device. The Service provides an AI chat interface that translates your natural language requests into video editing operations executed in your browser.
Free tier: Anonymous and signed-in users may process a limited number of videos for free. The free tier is subject to change.
Paid plans: We offer yearly subscription and lifetime access plans. Pricing and features are as displayed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation: Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime plans are non-recurring one-time payments.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
You retain full ownership of all videos you upload, edit, and export using CapCutGPT. Since your videos are processed locally and never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to or rights over your content.

CapCutGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, processing errors, or service interruptions. Since video processing occurs locally on your device, we cannot be held responsible for issues related to your device's performance or compatibility.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
